Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. 150 kgs. of ganja was recovered from petitioners. Their bail prayer was rejected earlier in CRM (NDPS) 416 of 2023 and by order dated 20.03.2023 trial was directed to be completed within one year. In the interregnum seven out of ten witnesses have been examined. This shows appreciable progress in the trial. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners either on merits or on the score of delay.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
