Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were falsely implicated. Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that 40 live crude bombs were recovered from the spot. He draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the number of live crude bombs recovered from the spot and considering the involvement of the petitioners, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail, C.R.M. 4885 of 2021, is rejected.
