Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner and the State and having considered the fact that the death of an individual is involved and having considered the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of one of the eye witnesses and considering the fact that the complicity of the petitioner in the incident cannot be ruled out at this stage, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The prayer for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM 4910 of 2021 is, thus, rejected.
