From the report it reflects that the present petitioner in the revisional application namely, Kakali Mondal has been discharged from the case being Nagerbazar P. S. Case No. 296/22 dated 05-092022. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the revisional application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1692 of 2023 is dismissed as infructuous.
