Petitioners approached this Court. However, the writ petition could not be taken up during the period for which the prayer was advanced before the police authorities, that is, within 16th May, 2025 to 28th May, 2025.

The said period being over, the petitioners contend that the petitioners being representative of an unregistered organization would intend to canvass the issues which are pending and for which they intend to espouse the cause by way of demonstration. Since the time period has lapsed, petitioners would advance a fresh representation to the appropriate police authorities and/or the

administration. In case such a representation is received by the administration and/or the police authorities, the same be disposed of within a period of 7 days from the date of the receipt of the same. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11029 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Needless to state that since the State has not used any affidavit, the accusations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
