1. A country made fire arm was recovered in the present police case.

2. Involvement of the petitioners in the incident requires investigation.

3. Enlarging the petitioners on anticipatory bail will be inimical to such investigation.

4. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
