And In Re : Sakibul Hossain @ Sakibul Karikar ..... petitioner Ms. Sananda Bhatacharyya .....for the petitioner Mr. Ranabir Roy Chowdhury Mr. Mainak Gupta .....for the State Having considered the materials on record, prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in causing bomb blast injury on the victim which is supported by the medical evidence, we are not inclined to allow the petitioner's prayer for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, CRM 4911 of 2021 is rejected.
