Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Petitioner renews his prayer for bail. Investigation is over. Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in trafficking the minor victim girl.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid fact and in view of the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
