Learned Advocate for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Our attention is invited to the case diary, the statement of the victim girl and so also the statements made in the court during trial. Having regard to the material emerging from the record and considering the nature of the offence, the prayer for bail is rejected. Thus, the application being CRM 4962 of 2021 is dismissed.
