Offences are bailable in nature. But it is contended opposite party nos.2 to 10 have misused their liberty. In view of the nature of grievance expressed, we give liberty to the petitioner to agitate such issue before the learned Magistrate who granted bail.

With this observation, the application for cancellation of bail is disposed of.
