Mr. Sur, learned advocate appears for the State and submits a report.

The report reflects that on or about June 2021 a charge-sheet was submitted by Lake Town Police Station in connection with Lake Town Police Station Case No.130 of 2021 dated 19th June, 2021.

The petitioners approached this Court challenging the proceedings. However, none of the documents which the prosecution intends to rely in the case have been received by the petitioner.

Having regard to the stage of the case when the petitioners approached this Court, I am of the opinion that the same is premature.

Consequently, no interference is called for.

The petitioners would be at liberty to canvass such points in course of the trial or at the appropriate stage of the proceedings.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 1495 of 2021 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with the formalities.
