Dutta Mr. Subrato Roy ...... for the State Having considered materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner in assaulting officers of the electric company who had gone to the spot to discharge their official duty and bearing in mind the fact that they suffered injuries and were hospitalized, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
