And In Re : Abhishek Jha ..... petitioner Mr. Sukanta Chakrabroty Mr. Zubair Ahmed ... for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta ... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing prima facie involvement of the petitioner and co-accuseds in the alleged possession of narcotic substance above commercial quantity i.e. 7 liters of codeine mixture and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
