Case No. 2502/2021 dated 23.09.2021 under Sections 25(1b)(a)/29 of the Arms Act read with Section 120B of the Indian Penal Code and adding Sections 25(1)(a)/1B(a)(c)/6/7(i)/8/26/27(1)/29(a)(b)/35 of the Arms Act .

And In the matter of: Ash Mohammad @ Bablu ....Petitioner Sk. Salim ...for the Petitioner Mr. Madhusudan Sur, APP Mr. Dipankar Paramanick ...for the State.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in dealing in illegal arms and ammunitions, we are of the opinion this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
