Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in subjecting the victim to gang rape, we are of the opinion that in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
