And In Re : Ramen Kumar Singha ....... petitioner Mr. Tapodip Gupta .....for the petitioner Mr. Antarikhya Basu .....for the State Chemical examiner's report has not been placed on record. As a result trial could not proceed. Co-accused are on bail. Even today chemical report is not placed before this Court.

Accordingly, Interim bail granted to the petitioner is confirmed on same terms and conditions.
