Mr. Sounak Mukhopadhyay, learned advocate for the Financier, the opposite party herein, submits that he has a specific instruction that his client does not want to proceed with the Misc. Case no. 558 of 2024 pending before the learned Judge, 8th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta.

In view of such stand of the opposite party, the Misc. Case No. 558 of 2024 is dismissed. The revisional application since is arising out of the said Misc. Case, C.O. 1569 of 2024 and the application thereto being CAN 1 of 2024 are also dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Parties to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
