Warrant of proclamation and attachment was issued against the petitioner.

A specific case under Section 174A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 was instituted as against the petitioner. There are statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) and 164 Cr.P.C. implicating the petitioner in the incident.

State and the de-facto complainant are represented.

Considering the gravity of the offence, the materials in the case diary and the involvement of the petitioner in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1942 of 2023 is dismissed.
