Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors has handed over a copy of the order No.1290/DLB/P-104/13-2018 dated 5th September, 2024, wherein the alleged contemnors have accorded approval of appointment of the petitioner in the post of "Accounts Clerk" with effect from 29th May, 1996. In the said order, it is clarified that the approval shall be subject to the result of the appeal pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties, this Court finds that the alleged contemnors have complied with the judgment dated 17th May, 2022.

Accordingly, CPAN 642 of 2023 in WPA 6695 of 2017 is disposed of.

Contempt rule, if any is issued, is recalled. The order dated 5th September, 2024 be kept with the record.

Learned counsel appearing for the alleged contemnors is handed over a copy of the order dated 5th September, 2024 to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Urgent photostat copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary legal formalities.
