Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that death occurred after five years of marriage. He also submits that the petitioner no. 1 was arrested and, therefore, application for anticipatory bail in so far as petitioner no. 1 be treated as not pressed. He prays for anticipatory bail in respect of the petitioners no. 2 to 6.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws attention of the Court to the dying declaration and the statements recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Considering the dying declaration and the contents of the case diary, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners no. 2 to 6.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners no. 2 to 6 is rejected.

Prayer for anticipatory bail in so far as petitioner no. 1 concerned is treated as not pressed.
