The subject matter of the writ petition reflects that 15.05.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.18 Rakib there was dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 4 and 5. To that effect information was furnished before the Inspector-in-Charge, Coke Oven Police Station on or about 29.04.2023.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that proceedings have been drawn up under Section 1074/116(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure against the respondent nos. 4 and 5. Subsequently also on the basis of the complaint of the wife of the respondent no.5, Coke Oven Police Station case no. 66/2023 was registered for investigation and on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet was submitted before the jurisdictional Court against Ankit Saha and Bipul Saha. Having regard to the fact that the police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the disputes, I am of the view that no interference is called for at this stage, since a substantial period of time has passed in the meantime. In case the petitioner face any fresh inconveniences, petitioner would be at liberty to

approach the concerned police station who would decide the same in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11260 of 2023 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.
