One of such grievance relates to certificate under section 65B of the Evidence Act and the other is recording of a statement under section 164 Cr.P.C.

Learned senior standing counsel for the State submits on instruction that the mobile phone was seized on July 13, 2021 in accordance with law. The provision of the Evidence Act will no doubt be complied with. So far as the statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. is concerned, the same was recorded on July 26, 2021. Both the grievances of the petitioner being attended to, at this stage I find no reason to interfere under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

WPA 11810 of 2021 is disposed of without any order as costs.
