(Via Video Conference) Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee ...for the petitioner Mr. Jishnu Chowdhury, Mrs. Amrita Panja Moulick ...for the State Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order of injunction passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tehatta, Nadia in T.S. No. 89 of 2021, the defendant nos. 9 to 15 have been restrained from causing hindrance to the petitioner's peaceful possession of the suit plot . Counsel for the petitioner has communicated the said order to the Superintendent of Police, Nadia.

In that view of the matter, the Officer-inCharge, Palasipara Police Station shall ensure due compliance of the order of the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Tehatta, Nadia passed in T.S. No. 89 of 2021. It shall be ensured that the petitioner is not in any way obstructed or hindered from peaceful possession of his suit plot and

particularly to conduct the forthcoming 'Durga Puja'.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
