Das ...For the State In this writ petition, the petitioners have challenged a letter dated November 27, 2021, whereby the State has appointed three persons as 'State Government Nominee' in the Governing body of petitioner no.1.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Swapan Kr. Dutta, learned advocate appearing for the State has made over a copy of an order dated June 27, 2022, whereby the State has withdrawn the said notification. It has, however, been submitted by Mr. Dutta that in the said order the date of the impugned notification has been mentioned as 27th November, 2021 instead of 26th November, 2021.

A copy of the said notification dated November 27, 2021 has also been handed over to Ms. Manju Agarwal, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Let a copy of the said notification be kept with the records. In that view of the matter, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 10541 of 2022 is disposed of. Let urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if

applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all necessary formalities.
