In view of the recovery of the minor girl during the pendency of the writ petition as stated by Inspector-inCharge, Dankuni Police Station in his report dated 13th May, 2024 and that the victim has been presently staying with the Children Home for Girls', Uttarpara by the prior permission of the Superintendent, Child Welfare Committee, Hooghly. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said report.
