Despite service of notice none appears for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

The record reveals that the learned trial court to have granted prayer to allow the amendment petition filed by the petitioner in a proceeding under Sections 124, 125 of the Cr.PC.

Being aggrieved by the said order, the instant revisional application has been filed, which was affirmed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court Murshidabad in Criminal Motion Case No. 496/1998. On perusal of the said order, this court finds no infirmity or propriety in the same and accordingly, it is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Under such circumstances, CRR 1823 of 2000 is dismissed.
