1. The matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner for correcting the inadvertent error crept in the order dated March 31, 2026. It is submitted that in paragraph 18 of the said order, it was directed that all further proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate and the Charge sheet submitted is hereby quashed qua the petitioner. But inadvertently, the sentence starts as "Accordingly revisional application stands dismissed without cost", in place of the "revisional application allowed without cost".

2. The prosecution is also present. Perused the application and the order thoroughly and it appears that an inadvertent typographical error has crept in whereby the words "stands dismissed" are typed in place of "stands allowed".

3. Therefore, the said paragraph is corrected accordingly and let this order be treated as part of the order dated March 31, 2026 and the paragraph 18 be read as follows:- "Accordingly, this revisional application stands allowed without cost. All further proceedings pending before the learned Magistrate and the charge sheet submitted is hereby quashed qua the petitioner".

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

5. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
