The writ petitioners are aggrieved by the acts of the private respondents in effecting unauthorised constructions on their land.

This Court sees that the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondents is civil in nature. There is no urgency whatsoever seen in this matter. Despite whereof, this matter has been listed citing extreme urgency.

The writ petition is dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.5,100/- payable by the petitioner to the Nodakhali Police Station.
