And In Re : Ibrahim Biswas ...... petitioner Mr. Kamal Das ....for the petitioner Mr. Iqbal Kabir ....for the State Petitioner is the brother of the principal accused. Victim along with her six year old daughter is yet to be recovered.

Materials in the case diary suggest involvement of the petitioner.

Immediate custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1943 of 2023 is dismissed.
