There is a dying declaration of the victim implicating both the petitioners.

Initial forensic report suggests murder.

Materials in the Case Diary suggest involvement of both the petitioners therein.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 1542 of 2024 is disposed of.
