After going through the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that August 19, 2025 has been fixed for service return and acknowledgement due card.

Thus, it is evident that the service of summons upon the defendants is yet to be completed.

For such reason, this court is not inclined to pass any direction for expeditious hearing at this stage.

With the above observation, this civil revision application stands disposed of.
