Report filed on behalf of the State is taken on record. Despite service, no one appears on behalf of the de facto complainant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the prime allegation is that the 19-year-old petitioner gave a marriage proposal to the 15-year-old victim girl. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and relies on the girl's statement recorded before the learned Magistrate as also statements of eye-witnesses.

The statement of the victim shows that she was very concerned about her own safety because of the manner in which the petitioner was disturbing her. The independent eye-witnesses have made the statements about the petitioner teasing the minor victim girl and pulling her hands.

Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of eye-witnesses and the victim, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 1682 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order may be delivered to the learned Advocates for the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all formalities.
