The petitioner submits that there are certain portions in the backside of the stall which is required to be maintained by the Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors submits that the backside of the petitioner's shop room has already been repaired.

It will be open for the petitioner to apply before the Corporation for necessary relief.

No further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
