However, respondent nos.5 to 7 are represented by learned advocates.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that prayer is made in this writ petition for directing the concerned police authority to register FIR based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner.

In same breath, it is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is an alternative remedy available under Section 175 (3) of BNSS, 2023 by approaching jurisdictional Magistrate in the event complaint of the petitioner is not transformed into an FIR.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, writ petition stands disposed of thereby granting liberty to the petitioner to approach

jurisdictional Magistrate in accordance with law, in pursuit of remedy.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
