Petitioner complains that he has purchased the property over which there has been continuous interference at the behest of the private respondents. It has also been submitted that in spite of informing the police authorities no steps have been taken.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent no. 5 denies and disputes the accusations and claims that he has Court orders in his favour to establish his right.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that initially a case was registered on the basis of information furnished by respondent no.5 being Diamond Harbour Police Station case no. 43/25. Subsequently, petitioner filed an application under Section 163 of BNSS.

Having considered that the police authorities are well aware regarding the dispute over the property between the petitioners and the private respondents, police authorities would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioners and the private respondents would settle their dispute before the appropriate forum.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11376 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
