This matter has been listed today at the behest of the petitioners herein under the heading "To Be Mentioned". 2.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the main case being C. Case No. 22 of 2015 pending before the learned 3rd Judicial Magistrate, Katwa, Burdwan arising out of Ketugram PS Case No. 6/2011 dated 11.01.2012 under sections 380/376/511/120B of the IPC has been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 4th March, 2020.

By the said judgment and order, the learned Judicial Magistrate found accused persons/petitioners herein not guilty for the offence punishable under sections 380/354B/34 IPC and they were acquitted from the case under section 248(1) of the Cr.P.C. and the accused persons were discharged from their bail bonds and set at liberty forthwith.

Due to such final decision, the instant Revisional application has become infructuous.

The photocopy of the said judgment, filed by the petitioners, is taken on record.

In view of the above backdrop, the instant Revisional application is disposed of with the above observations. 7.

The connected application being CRAN 1/2016 (Old CRAN 3727/2016) is also, thus, disposed of.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Court below for information.

10. All parties shall act in terms of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this court.
