It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner as well as the university that the disputes between the parties have been settled. The university submits that on account of security service provided by the petitioner, the university will pay a sum of Rs. 3,12,343/-. The university shall also deposit a sum of Rs. 2,16,062/- before the Provident Fund Commissioner on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner shall provide the Employee Provident Fund Code of the concerned employees to the university within two weeks from date.

The petitioner submits that he has no reservation that if this writ petition is disposed of with the terms of the aforesaid settlement arrived at between the parties.

The university has agreed to pay the amount within two weeks from date.

Accordingly, WPA 11284 of 2023 is disposed of recording the stand of the respective parties. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
