Mr. Chaturvedi, learned advocate for the State files the report of the District Inspector of Schools (SE), District - 24 Parganas (South), the respondent no. 3 herein, bearing Memo No. L.C. - 556, dated July 25, 2023, let it be kept with the record.

It appears from the said that a sum of Rs. 8,700/- has been recovered from the amount accrued to the petitioner on account of the pay protection, such recovery since has been made after the retirement of the petitioner, the respondent no. 3 is directed to refund the same.

It further appears from the said report that the pay protection given to the petitioner has necessitated issuance of the revised pension Payment Order, the respondent no. 3 has sent the relevant papers to the Director of Pension, Provident Fund and Group Insurance, Government of West Bengal, the respondent no. 4 herein for issuance of such pension Payment Order.

The respondent no. 4 is directed to take immediate steps for issuance of revised pension payment order in favour of the petitioner within two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

W.P.A. 11282 of 2023 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
