This is an application for relaxation of the condition for bail. Having heard the learned Advocates for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge, it is ascertained that charge sheet has been submitted in this case. Therefore, the condition that the petitioner shall attend the Officer-in-Charge of Basirhat Police Station once in a month is not more necessary. Accordingly, the said condition is waived. It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to leave outside the jurisdiction of North 24Parganas for the purpose of earning his livelihood. The matter is left to the discretion of the Trial Court. The petitioner is at liberty to file

appropriate application before the Trial Court praying for leaving the jurisdiction of the District of North 24 Parganas and on filing of such application, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law without being swayed over any of the conditions imposed upon the petitioner vide order dated 19th June, 2019.
