Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent electricity authority concerned submits that by the earlier order of this Court, the respondent electricity authority was directed to make inspection of the premises in question for connection of electricity and in compliance of such direction the report has already been filed and the petitioners wanted to take exception to the same which was allowed by the Court by it's earlier order and exception to the same has been filed by the petitioners in course of this day.

Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing for the respondent electricity authority prays for time to consider the said exception.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties this writ

petition being WPA 11316 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the respondent electricity authority concerned to consider and dispose of the aforesaid exception by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving opportunity of hearing the petitioners and the private respondent or their authorised representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. It is clarified that this court has not gone into the merit of the claim of the petitioners and the same shall be considered strictly in accordance with law after hearing the interested parties.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
