An incident of assault took place where, four persons received grievous hurt.

One of the persons suffering the injuries is a child whose hand was fractured.

The petitioners stand implicated in that incident of assault.

Considering the materials in the case diary, the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners in the incident, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 1946 of 2023 is dismissed.
