1. Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the applications filed by the petitioner in all the matters under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 have not been disposed of by the respondent no. 2.
2. Since the statutory period of such disposal is over, it is submitted that the respondent no. 2 be directed to dispose of the same immediately.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner in all the matters submits on query of Court that there is no pending application under Section 17 of the 2002 Act or any restraint order in respect of any of the matters.
4. Accordingly, W.P.A. No. 12058 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12060 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12064 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12067 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12070 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12073 of 2024, W.P.A. No.

12143 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12145 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12148 of 2024, W.P.A. No. 12149 of 2024 and W.P.A. No. 12152 of 2024 are disposed of by directing the respondent no. 2 to dispose of the pending applications of the petitioner under Section
14 of the 2002 Act as expeditiously as possible, positively within June 20, 2024.
5. There will be no order as to costs.
6. Urgent certified copies of the order, if applied for, be handed over to the learned counsel for the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
