(DB) 1760 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Hirapur Police Station Case No. 316 of 2021 dated 25.10.2021 under Sections 186/332/353/120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1a)/25(b)/26/27/28/35 of the Arms Act and adding Section 25(1)(a)/1B(a)(c )/6/7(1)/8/26/27(1)/29(a)(b)/35 of the Arms Act.

And In Re : Md. Selim ..... petitioner Sk. Salim ... for the petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee Mr. Anindya Sundar Chatterjee ... for the State Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the facts and circumstances of the case disclosing conspiracy between the petitioner and other accused persons in manufacturing firearms, we are of the opinion in view of gravity of the offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
