The petitioner is aggrieved by incorrect marking of the answer to history question paper that he wrote for the purpose of Central School Service Commission for the first SLST 2016. The post advertised for Assistant Teacher for Class XI and XII.

It is submitted that the answers to question Nos.11, 12 and 23 have been incorrectly marked. It is submitted that the answer to question No.11 given by the petitioner i.e. 'c' is the correct answer. Likewise against question No.12 'b' is the correct answer instead of 'd'. It is submitted that all options of answers to question No.23 given in the OMR Sheet are also wholly incorrect. The correct answer is supposed to be 'Pune'.

The Commission shall revisit the answer to these questions by appointing any expert. If any consequential additional marks are awardable to the petitioner the same may be done.

If it is found that the four options to question No.23 are all incorrect, the petitioner shall be given marks for the same for the correct answer is stated in the Court is 'Pune'. Consequential benefits, if any, shall be made to the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
