From the affidavit of compliance fled by the contemnor no. 1 in connection with the Rule issued by this Court, we find that the order dated December 12, 2025 in connection with the Rule has been complied with by the contemnor no. 1 by depositing penalty imposed on the said contemnor, to the tune of Rs.50,000/-, with the West Bengal State Legal Services Authority within the time stipulated in the said order.

The West Bengal State Legal Services Authority shall credit the same under the "Victim Compensation Scheme". 3.

Since we had already absolved the contemnor no. 2 from issuance of any further penal direction and in view of

the contemnor no. 1 having already deposited the penalty imposed on the said contemnor, CRC No. 27 of 2025 is discharged against both the contemnor nos. 1 and 2. 4.

Accordingly, CPAN No. 880 of 2025 stands disposed of as well.

Needless to say, further personal appearance of the contemnors is dispensed with.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to challenge any subsequent action on the part of the alleged contemnors by taking recourse of the appropriate remedy available to the said petitioners, if any, in accordance with law. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.) (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
