It has been stated therein that " the complainant submitted a letter in which he stated that they received the amount from Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited and the investigation into the case was closed by declaring the same as Mistake of Fact and the final report was submitted before the learned C.M.M, Calcutta on 13.02.2023." Final report No.26/2023 dated 13.02.2023 has been submitted. Accordingly, the present revision is now infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.
