Heard the learned Counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.

Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity on leading statement of the petitioner in presence of independent witnesses and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
