Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that as the vehicle has already been recovered after filing of this writ petition on 19th May, 2026 grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

In view of such submission made on behalf of the petitioner, no further order need be passed on this writ petition and writ petition stands disposed of. 5.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate, if so advised.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
