Learned advocate for the DPSC has submitted that subsistence allowance has been paid to the petitioner till March, 2023 and it is being paid regularly. However, learned advocate for the DPSC has shown me one letter issued by the petitioner when she was the Head Teacher of one primary school dated 13.3.2021`which is extremely high handed, unwarranted, uncalled for and I am of the opinion that the teacher is not fit for the post. I am told that

the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner has been completed by the DPSC. The result of the disciplinary proceeding is to be intimated to the appropriate authority and to the petitioner by two weeks.

With the above observation, the matter is dismissed.
