Mr. Ganguly, learned advocate appears for the State and submits the report pursuant to the order dated 11.04.2023 passed by this Court. The said report be kept with the record.

The report reflects that Park Street Police Station Case No. 286 dated 03.08.2015 was investigated and after completion of investigation charge sheet has been submitted against the accused Md. Masihuddin @ Massu Qureshi.

The matter is pending before learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 9th Court, Calcutta and the next date has been fixed on 29th August, 2023.

The grievance of the petitioner was with regard to the letter dated 11.02.2021 and learned revisional Court being the Chief Judge, City Sessions Court, Calcutta dismissed Criminal Revision No.23 of 2020.

Having considered the present stage of the case, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 1493 of 2021 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
